First, get to Scotland!

By Air: Scotland has several international airports including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Prestwick. Many internaional carriers fly to these airports and many more use hubs such as London and Amsterdam.

By Train: Stations in Glasgow (Central & Queen Street) and Edinburgh connect Scotland with England. Train services are provided by National Express and Virgin Trains.

By Coach: National Express operate coaches from England to Scotland.

From within Scotland...

Most people get here via the seaside town and port of Oban. Oban can be reached by Train or Coach.

From Oban, the Isle of Mull is a 45 minute sail by car ferry. Ferry services are provided by Caledonian MacBrayne, better known as 'CalMac'. Calmac offer a couple of alternative routes to Mull which are best suited to those who aren't relying on public transport. Mort information on these can be found here.

Once on Mull...

Bus services on Mull are provided by Bowman's. Most (but not all) services are timed to coincide with the ferrry schedule and the main hub is Craignure, where the ferry from Oban arrives.
